After the user successfully registers, Roymall will provide each user with a user account and corresponding password, and the user is responsible for keeping the user account and password; the user shall be legally responsible for all activities and events conducted with his user account. You agree to:
1. Immediately notify Roymall of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security;
2. Ensure that you exit from your account after each use. If you fail to comply with the terms, Roymall cannot and will not be liable for any losses arising therefrom.

By using Roymall's services, you agree to:
1. You shall not upload, download, publish, send emails, etc. to design illegal, harmful, vulgar, harassing, slanderous, obscene, pornographic, indecent, inflammatory, or ethnically discriminatory texts, data, photos, and graphics for the products provided on the website, and shall not infringe on the privacy, intellectual property rights and other rights of others.
2. You may not impersonate any person or entity, or falsely indicate that you are affiliated with such person or entity;
3. You may not upload, download, publish, send emails or otherwise transmit any content that may infringe upon another person's patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other intellectual property or proprietary rights. Roymall will not pre-screen the content you submit, but Roymall has the right (but not the obligation) to refuse or delete any content on the website at its own discretion. You agree that Roymall will review your order and the content it contains to make it consistent with our principles and the content of this agreement. Roymall has the right to delete any content that violates the agreement or opposes Roymall. You agree that you will evaluate the use of any content on the website, including the accuracy, completeness and usefulness of the content, and bear all risks. You must understand that Roymall's technical use and operation of your submitted content may involve various network transmissions of the content and modifications to your submitted content to adapt to the technical needs of the network and equipment.
In addition, you agree to be independently responsible for the actions under your account. Roymall is not responsible for any content you upload or transmit to third parties, as well as any errors, defamation, slander, negligence, lies, infringement, obscenity, pornography that you and third parties may encounter. Roymall reserves the right to delete any content that is deemed to violate the agreement. You acknowledge and agree that, whether using Roymall or ordering any product on the website, you will comply with all laws, regulations, rules and regulations and will not infringe or damage the rights of any person or entity.

Respecting user privacy is a basic policy of Roymall. Roymall users should carefully read the privacy protection rules on how we collect and use personal information. The pictures on this site are all from the Internet. Roymall cannot review the copyright and other issues of such pictures in advance. If there is any infringement, please organize and provide relevant proof and send an email to service#roymall.com (please replace # with @ when sending an email). We will verify the situation as soon as possible and delete it as soon as possible if it is true.

You must prove that you are the legal owner of the work you submit and that your work does not infringe on the property rights, intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark) or other rights of others. You must also ensure that there is no property rights, intellectual property rights or other rights dispute in the work or part of the work you submit.

You agree to compensate Roymall and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensees for all resulting judgments, awards, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses, including but not limited to reasonable attorney fees, appraisal fees and litigation costs, for the following matters.
1. Content you submit, publish or disseminate through Roymall;
2. Your use of Roymall;
3. Your links to Roymall;
4. Your violation of the User Agreement;
5. Your infringement of third-party rights.

Users promise not to use Roymall services for copying, selling, reselling or other commercial activities without the written consent of Roymall.

You agree that Roymall may unilaterally terminate your password, account (or any part thereof), and delete any content you submit at any time for any reason. Roymall may delete your account and all related information and files and prohibit you from accessing the website again without prior notice and without your approval and consent. In addition, Roymall shall not be liable for terminating your or any third party's access to the website. If you object to any term of this Agreement or are dissatisfied with Roymall's services, you may immediately stop using this website and terminate your account.

Roymall or a third party may provide links to other websites and resources. However, since it is impossible to control the content of these websites and resources, Roymall is not responsible for providing these websites and their resources, nor is it responsible for the content, advertisements, products, etc. on these websites and resources. In addition, Roymall shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages and losses caused by your reliance on or use of the content, products, and services of such websites and resources.

You confirm and agree that you will not use any product ordered from Roymall to damage the public reputation of Roymall and its employees, directors, shareholders, licensees or partners. In addition, if you choose to display any product you ordered from Roymall in public, including through the Internet, to disparage Roymall and its directors, shareholders or partners, Roymall reserves the right to require you to return the product immediately and take all legal means to remedy the situation.

Product prices are marked on the website, and all prices are calculated in RMB. The price and sales volume of the products are collected from third-party e-commerce platforms such as Taobao, Tmall, and JD.com, and do not represent the real-time information of the products. Please refer to the information on the corresponding third-party e-commerce platform page for all information.

The Roymall Website Alliance Member referred to in this Agreement refers to the member who accepts this User Agreement and opens the Website Alliance CPA promotion cooperation on Roymall. Members accepting this Agreement shall be deemed to have accepted the copyright license contract and intellectual property policy mentioned in this Agreement. The copyright license relationship between members and Roymall is subject to the copyright license contract. Your acceptance of this Agreement shall be deemed to be your consent to the rules of the discount or discount activities launched by Roymall from time to time. For details, please refer to the rules of discount or discount activities at that time. If you do not agree with the rules of discount or discount activities, please inform us in time. The rules of preferential or discount activities are subsidiary rules of this Agreement, and their acceptance or rejection does not affect the establishment of this Agreement.
In the process of promotion, affiliates shall not engage in fraud, slander, malicious competition and other illegal acts. At the same time, when affiliates conduct CPA promotion in various ways, Roymall is not responsible for the marketing and promotion behavior of affiliates, and the affiliates shall be solely responsible for the illegal behavior of affiliates. Affiliates shall not damage the image and rights of Roymall. If so, Roymall has the right to defend through legal channels.
Roymall will deduct your personal income tax, bank transfer fees and other related fees when settling with you in accordance with national laws, and the settlement details will be sent to you by email regularly.

The products on Roymall are collected from third-party e-commerce platforms such as Taobao, Tmall, and JD.com. We do not bear any legal responsibility for the authenticity of product information. If a customer has a dispute with the merchant of the product during the shopping process, Roymall has no responsibility or obligation to participate in it. Please coordinate with the merchant to resolve it. If the product is illegal or untrue, the user can contact us. After verifying the information, we will remove the product from the shelves and other subsequent processing.

In the following circumstances, even if due to their own negligence, Roymall and its parent company, company employees, directors, agents, suppliers and other persons involved in the creation, production and transmission of Cocoa-related services shall not bear any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive liability for your loss of profits, goodwill, data or other intangible losses.
1. Use or inability to use Roymall's services;
2. Any products, data, information and services purchased and obtained from or through Roymall, messages received, transactions conducted, and the resulting costs of purchasing substitute products and services;
3. Unauthorized access to or modification of your transmissions or data;
4. Any third party's comments and behavior on Roymall;
5. Other matters related to Roymall.

If any provision of this Agreement is invalid, illegal or inapplicable to applicable laws and regulations, such provision will be modified until the economic effect is as similar as possible to the original provision, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement will not be affected or damaged thereby.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. All users of this site are irrevocably subject to the jurisdiction of the Xiamen Municipal Court of the People's Republic of China. The failure of a party to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The failure of this site to take action in respect of a breach by you or other party does not constitute a waiver of the right to take action in respect of subsequent or similar breaches. This Agreement and the terms and conditions contained herein set forth the entire understanding and agreement between us regarding the subject matter of this Agreement.
